Hi there, it's Minami.

This is a vegetable garden diary for June 2024.

I grow mainly herbs and other usable and edible plants. I want to try many different kinds of herbs, and I don't want to get too many of each for consumption, so I grow a variety of herbs little by little.

I'm impressed with Dania's growth.

Dania, which is shown in the photo at the top of this blog post, was properly kept indoors, only watering the leaves when they started to turn downward, but

It grew so well that I bought a large pot and repotted it from a small pot!

I would be happy if it grows big. Aiming to increase the oxygen in the room!

By the way, we put wood chips on top of the soil to prevent soil from falling into the room. Also, it simply looks like a forest.

最近SNSなどでみるおしゃれな部屋の人たちは、ウンベラータを持っている人が多いなぁ‥と感じていて、ひそかに次迎え入れるか考えています。

Long lasting flowers

ホームセンターで安売りしていたお花（名前忘れてしまいました）

２か月くらい前に買ったのに長持ちです！

夏の暑い日差しの中白い花が生えていると癒されます。

Herb garden has dead (?) mint.

右側にいつもならばミントがあるはずなのですが、今月たくさん雨も降ったし‥と思って放置していたら勝手に茎だけになっていました。なぜでしょう。

オレガノが心なしか前より生い茂っているように感じます。

ローズマリーは相変わらず。

まだまだ野イチゴは育っています。

でも暑くてそろそろ収穫を定期的に行うことが難しくなってきたのであまり収穫せず土に還らせています。。

全体はこんな感じ。

The pak choi has gone away.

パクチーはどこかに消えてしまいました。日差しが強すぎるみたいです。。

パクチーから生まれた種をとりあえず土の場所に置いておいたので、次いいタイミングで新しい芽が生えてくれたらうれしいです。
